This Tennessee family was having a problem with standing water in their basement. Their old pump was having a hard time handling the high volume of water and often failed on them. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is named that, because it protects your home from 3 common ordinary sump pump problems, 1) a failed pump 2) power outage 3) a pump that can't handle high volumes of water.
Our TripleSafe Sump Pump has a WaterWatch alarm that will go off if something is wrong with the pump, a backup battery operated pump, and a heavy-duty 1/3 horsepower cast-iron pump that can handle up to 2,600 gallons of water per hour.
Don't trust a run of the mill sump pump that can't handle your home's water intake, trust a reliable sump pump that won't keep you up at night wondering if your basement is flooding!
The family is very happy with their pumps and new peace of mind.
After a thorough inspection of the home, our specialists found groundwater seepage, mold, wood rot, and insects!
The owners wanted to get the crawl space encapsulated, so they would no longer have to worry about the water and mold causing foundation issues.
We had decided to remove all debris on the ground and the old, moist, and dirty insulation. We then put in our CleanSpace Drainage Matting and our durable CleanSpace liner that protects against sharp rock edges. To prevent mold, we installed the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which never needs to be emptied! And to prevent water from flooding their crawl space again, we installed our high powered TripleSafe Sump Pump.
Now the family has a nice, clean, and dry crawl space!
This Kentucky crawl space needed our products! There was an excessive amount of moisture that grew mold and mildew. The homeowners were worried about it getting any worse and causing serious health problems.
That's when they were referred to us, Frontier Basement Systems. Our inspector came out and looked around their property and crawl space. He took a few photos for reference and tested moisture levels. He then sat down with the homeowners and went over our encapsulation process with them. They were thrilled to hear that we had a long-lasting solution to their problem.
Our encapsulation process consists of our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which reduces moisture and humidity in the crawl space and the CleanSpace Drainage Matting, which is installed under the liner to help any trapped water get to its designated drain.
Along with the liner and matting, we suggest our powerful dehumidifier, the SaniDry Sedona, it keeps the relative humidity in the space below 55%, we also suggest the EverLast Door, it is made to seal out moisture and air and is maintenance-free!
A very important product of ours is our SuperSump Pump.
Here are a few facts about this pump that is capable of pumping out up to 2,280 gallons of water per hour!:
All of these products combined helps this crawl space stay dry and healthy!! We are so glad to be able to provide long-lasting solutions to homeowners!
While waterproofing this Hopkinsville, KY, home, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump to remove water from the basement. The TripleSafe has three separate pumps designed to work if the others fail during power outages or extraordinary flooding.
The homeowner is happy with their new sump pump,
This homeowner in Clarksville, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for a sump pump installation in their crawl space. The TripleSafe sump pump system was chosen as it is capable of pumping out large quantities of water from the crawl space. First, our crew dug out a pit for the sump pump before placing the liner inside. We try to place the pump where the ground is lowest to ensure the pump is the most effective. Then, we connected the pump to a French drain and surrounded the liner with fresh gravel. An airtight lid prevents odors and moisture from exiting the sump pump, while preventing debris from getting in. Now, the crawl space is safe from flooding, providing relief to the homeowner.
