Bill B. noticed some cracks in the foundation walls of his Clarksville, TN home. Worried about the structural integrity of his property, he called Frontier Basement Systems for help. Upon inspection, the company's certified foundation repair technician detected a foundation settlement issue, which was causing the basement wall cracks. To fix that problem, steel piers were driven deep into the ground to a depth where the strata is compact enough to support the building structure. Braces attached to the piers were then used to lift the foundation and, as it was raised back into its original position, the cracks closed and disappeared. Kathy was having trouble with foundation settlement causing structural defects. Windows were beginning to collapse, they wouldn't open and close, trim was pulling away. Brick was breaking showing fracture lines from the stress.   The structural beam cross garage door did not extend far enough to support the load of the structure above. 3 years later, Frontier had a solution and followed up with Kathy to share. The original concerns had gotten worse and she was more than excited to get this fixed!

Very pleased with the professionalism, the research, inspection, and preparation, and the clean-up was impeccable! Never heard a complaint from the installation crew, other than being cold, always polite and caring! Even held the door for me when I came home with groceries! The cleanup process was great, that portion of the yard looked better when they finished than it did before they started!

My name is Lynn, a very satisfied customer of Frontier Basement systems. My job has just been completed and I wanted to tell you that the foreman, Fernando was efficient, concerned about my satisfaction and was very helpful in explaining the installation of a sump pump and supports used on my foundation. He even took me on a tour under my house (at my request, he did offer pictures). The crew including Benji, Adolfo and Luis were polite and very helpful if I had questions. The work was done efficiently and quickly. There was no mess to clean up. I was even loaned a pump for two weeks to pump water out of my crawl space as ground water had turned my crawl space into a swimming pool! All in all, an excellent experience. Thank you all.

Our experience with Frontier Basement Systems has been positive from start to finish. My husband and I had a couple of other companies come over and assess, but Tim Sapp from Frontier was, by far, the most down-to-earth, personable and kind, which was why we decided to go with Frontier. It was a quick and easy decision once we met with Tim. Tim spent over 2 hours in our home during the first visit, inspecting our house and sharing his recommendations. The staff at Frontier is very organized. We were given paperwork, a schedule, follow-up calls and everything that was needed during the weeks leading up to the actual project. My husband and I had many phone conversations with Tim. Tim almost always answered his phone, and if he was in a meeting or on another project, he always returned our calls very promptly. Throughout the entire process, he has been of great assistance, and offering assurances along the way. Even after the project, I’ve had 3 different conversations with Tim – 2 questions regarding new construction, and 1 question about an issue with the website not working when I tried to vote for Lael for the “Wow Service Award”. Tim never seemed to mind answering his phone after hours or even on weekends, even when we were just planning on leaving a quick message for him to call us back the following Monday morning. The customer service has been exceptional – and also from Lael and the crew. Lael is very personable and caring, and he has shown exceptional leadership during the course of this project. I noticed that he wouldn’t ask his crew to do anything that he, himself, wouldn’t do. For example, at one point he immersed the entire upper part of his body down into a deep hole in order to adjust a plate (which I don’t think many people could handle – myself included). Lael was also kind and down-to-earth, as was everyone in the crew. I was always greeted with a smile by crew members, and they would always take time to explain what they were doing, if I was curious about the process. These guys worked their butts off for 3 days – with a positive attitude. They even cleaned up after themselves. They all worked together as a team. Tim and Lael always seemed to communicate very efficiently with each other, even though they would be at different sites, and Lael and his crew seemed to communicate with each other very effectively, which created supreme efficiency. We want to vote for LAEL for the “Wow Service Award”. His name wasn’t on the website listed under “foreman”, so that’s why we’re mentioning here. LAEL = WOW SERVICE AWARD
