Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

The front porch on this customers house had severe cracks and separation problems due to the Ground and Foundation settlement as seen in these before and after photos. The foundation needed to be stabilized before the cracks and additional repairs could be made. This customer in Hendersonville, TN had foundational issues causing cracking on their exterior walls, sidewalk, and driveway. We came in , cleaned up and prepared cracks as needed and applied NexusPro joint sealant. For the wall we installed PowerBraces using a 10 ft brace and installed the PowerBrace Top Lever Bracket (for attaching PowerBraces to joists parallel to wall) in place of the Telescoping Bridge Bracket. We used PolyLEVEL 2 on areas to lift and to seal joints we used NexusPro Joint Sealant and NexusPro Crack Repair. To permanently stabilize walls PowerBrace, 9', Top Lever Bracket 5 Lift and Level was used. 

This home had several areas with exterior cracks.  We stabilized this foundation with Foundation Supportworks push piers.  These homeowners now have the piece of mind (along with the transferrable written warranty) to know their home is on a solid foundation.
