PowerBrace System Installed in Hopkinsville, KY

This Kentucky home was having HUGE foundation issues. Their walls were cracking and bowing and the homeowners were tired of worrying about their home, so they called us!

As forces of nature, such as moisture and frost, interact with the soil around your home, the soil expands. That expansion results in a constant inward force on your foundation wall until it can no longer support the pressure, causing cracking, bowing and tipping.

The cracking only got worse over time and this has not only caused eyesores, but also water leakage and water damage, such as mold because of it!

When our inspector came out to the home, he knew our products were exactly what they needed. We have various foundation products that are nationally backed and loved by previous customers.
Our inspector told the homeowner all about the products and they agreed what products were needed were and he was there to answer all of their questions.

Their basement wall had problems with cracking and bowing, so our inspector suggested our PowerBrace System.
These zinc-plated steel beams are custom-fit to your basement wall height and secured tight against your basement wall with brackets anchored to your basement floor and floor joists. PowerBrace's unique, patented design allows the system to be tightened over time, potentially reversing wall failure without any invasive drilling or digging on the property.

They now have a wall that will be straightened and back to its original position over time!
We love helping homeowners solve their biggest worries, call us today for your free inspection with an expert!

Wall Anchors to the Rescue in Hopksinville KY

Hydrostatic pressure from the earth on the other side of this foundation wall had applied enough pressure to cause vertical cracking along the basement wall.

Wall Anchors are a permanent solution to stabilize the foundation wall. The anchors use a threaded steel rod between two plates to apply pressure back against the foundation.

If this Hopkinsville family sells their home the nationally backed warranty is transferable to the new owner.
