Since it was not sealed correctly, the soil ground under the rocks were exposed. The moisture from the soil evaporated into the home and caused mold issues, as well as foundation issues that the homeowners had already fixed. They knew they still needed to address thier moisture issues before their home's foundation got any worse, so they called us! 

Our trained inspector, Robert, came to their home to inspect their crawl space. He then sat down with the homeowners and explained what was going on in their space and what lasting solutions we had to solve their moisture problems! Crawlspace goes from old to Cleanspace!

Customer called because of mold and cold floors. They were worried about utility costs and health issues due to the mold. We installed a CleanSpace system to encapsulate the crawlspace and prevent any moisture from entering the house. By sealing the crawl space any duct leakage resonates through the floors and is contained in the home.
