A log cabin in Franklin Tennessee had ground water in the crawl space. Protecting this historic 1800's cabin from moisture and wood rot damage was a priority!

We cleaned the debris out, installed drainage matting, and CleanSpace lining on the ground and walls, and added a SaniDry Sedona to pull any additional moisture out of the air.

This customer in Franklin, TN called Frontier when they noticed sagging and uneven floors. This is caused by excess moisture in the crawlspace. We came in and did a full crawl space encapsulation to mitigate the issues.
