Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This customer in Clarksville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We installed an EZ Flo, Drainage matting, completely covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed off all air leaks and vents with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation and added a Triple Safe sump pump. We finished the project with a new EverLast crawl space door.

This 1990's home was experiencing water in the crawl space. The homeowner did not want to worry about mold or mildew, so they called us to keep their space dry!

As you can see in the before photo, the black tarp-like liner that had previously been installed could not stand the wear and tear over the years, which led to the dirt ground being exposed! An exposed ground, such as this one, is exactly what mold needs in order to grow because moisture comes straight through! Moisture in the air creates mold spores and that not only attacks your home's foundation, but also your breathing air above.
