This 1990's home was experiencing water in the crawl space. The homeowner did not want to worry about mold or mildew, so they called us to keep their space dry!

As you can see in the before photo, the black tarp-like liner that had previously been installed could not stand the wear and tear over the years, which led to the dirt ground being exposed! Drainage Matting-This matting goes under our liner. It is made with raised dimples to help the trapped water find its way to the designated drain or pump.
