This customer in Dickson, TN, called Frontier due to water drainage issues in his crawl space. To mitigate the issue, we completed a full crawl space encapsulation.
When Alex purchased his home in Dickson, TN, he knew the crawl space needed attention. During the inspection, Frontier found high humidity levels and mold growth creating unhealthy conditions below the home.
As part of the repair, the crawl space was encapsulated with drainage matting and CleanSpace liner, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to control moisture and humidity moving forward. The system helps create a drier, healthier crawl space environment while protecting the home from future moisture-related issues.
This crawl space in Dickson Tennessee had a full encapsulation with CleanSpace done, the final step is having the door replaced. The door guarantees that outside water, moisture, and bugs cannot get in. Most crawl space doors are made with plywood and faulty hinges.
