This customer in Dover, TN called Frontier out to help with a musty and damp crawl space. To control the moisture issues, we cleaned out the crawl space of debris, added Drainage Matting to the floors, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to the walls and floors, a TripleSafe sump pump, sealed the vents, and installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air. Robert also took a wood moisture content test and found that the wood had a rating of 52%! This rating means that the wood is decaying and would soon fail if moisture was not reduced immediately. 

Robert had the perfect solutions to seal out the excessive moisture and all of the problems it comes with! Our CleanSpace encapsulation system utilizes a 20mil thick liner that has 7 layers of polyethylene composition. It is made to reduce moisture in the crawl space and can also lower energy bills!
