To manage the water intrusion, our team installed five TripleSafe single-pump systems, each equipped with a cast-iron 1/3 HP pump, twin pump liner, airtight lid with floor drain, and CleanPump stand. Each system also includes a WaterWatch® alarm to alert the property owner of any potential pump failures.
To regulate humidity and air quality, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system was installed. Frontier also ran new circuits for the dehumidifier and pump systems to ensure reliable operation.
