This homeowner had a high moisture content in their crawl space, and it was making the rest of their house smell “musty”. This Dyer, TN home had inches of standing water in their crawlspace. This was not only causing foundational issues through soil erosion, it was producing the perfect environment for mold growth. We removed the water and completed a full crawlspace encapsulation to protect the home and its inhabitants. The encapsulation included CleanSpace drainage matting and vapor barrier (seen here), a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a TripleSafe sump pump to keep the crawlspace safe and dry.

This customer in Laceys Spring, AL called Frontier after noticing a separation and cracking in the interior walls. This is caused by sinking due to settling and excess moisture in the crawl space. After that to address the moisture issue we encapsulated the crawl space with drainage matting, CleanSpace, SilverGlo in vents to seal outside air out, a new SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air, and finished with framing out and installing a new Everlast crawl space door.
