This customer in Columbia, TN was having mold, moisture, and wood rotting issues in their crawl space and decided on going with our full crawl space encapsulations to remedy the issue so they never need to worry about it again. Our technicians came in, got rid of the mold, cleaned out the wet insulation, and installed a few SmartJacks to shore up some settlement of the home. Then they installed SilverGlo panels along the wall, put in drainage matting, covered it with our CleanSpace matting over the floor and walls, and even wrapped the piers. In Addition to this, they sealed the air vents and added a Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier along with a new crawl space door.
