A full inspection revealed widespread moisture issues, including an unsealed vapor barrier, open vents, mold growth, high water lines, and a failing sump pump.

To restore the space, the Frontier crew installed a perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe sump pump to manage groundwater. The crawl space was then fully encapsulated with drainage matting and CleanSpace liner, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added to control humidity and keep the space dry.

This crawl space had mold, rot, and mildew from a water and moisture problem. The homeowners wanted to protect the health of the home and gain the additional storage space from this large area.
