The original crawl space, plagued by dampness and humidity concerns, has been rejuvenated through a meticulous process featuring cutting-edge solutions. The first line of defense against moisture infiltration involved the installation of state-of-the-art Drainage Matting. This specialized material not only provides a robust foundation for the crawl space but also acts as a shield against water intrusion. Its unique design facilitates efficient water drainage, ensuring that any moisture is swiftly and effectively directed away from the crawl space, preventing it from becoming a breeding ground for mold and mildew. To further fortify the crawl space against the relentless onslaught of moisture, a CleanSpace Liner, boasting a formidable 20mil thickness, was meticulously applied over the drainage matting. This heavy-duty liner serves as an impermeable barrier, completely sealing the crawl space from the ground up.

We addressed the structural issues first with The SmartJack System, to lift and stabilize the structure.  To address the moisture issues, we cleaned up the debris in the crawl space and installed Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner on the floors and walls, we also sealed off all the vents with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation and installed a  SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a drainage system. We finished the project off with a new EverLast crawl space door.
