This moisture filled crawl space in Tennessee needed a makeover! This crawl space's ground was muddy and in need of some TLC. The ground not being properly encapsulated caused mold to grow on wooden beams and this created a mildew smell throughout the area. The homeowners called us and were very worried about their home's health, we assured them that we knew exactly what to do! 
To get rid of all of those problems and to cut their energy bill down, we suggested our CleanSpace System. Which involves a drainage matting and 20mil liner that becomes a moisture and vapor barrier. We also suggested a few waterproofing products to keep their space dry. They agreed with all of the suggestions and we even made them a custom crawl space door to lock out outside moisture.
