This homeowner was tired of having a musty smell throughout his home. He had Frontier Basement Systems seal off his dirty, damp crawl space that cured the homes' musty smell!

Moisture in a crawl space can wreak havoc on a foundation, bringing deterioration, and mold growth. This crawl space was sealed using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, saving this home's foundation from rotting.

This homeowner was concerned with the excessive amount of spider webs and spiders that were inhabiting their crawl space.  They started seeing a lot more spiders in their home and decided to check out their crawl space and what they found was alarming.  They called Frontier and decided that a full encapsulation was in their best interest and to keep the spiders out.  The results are permanent and beautiful! This space can even be used for extra storage. No more spiders!

This Tennessee crawl space needed our help! Water was coming into the crawl space whenever it rained. This was leading to damp soil under the tarp and standing water on top of the tarp. Mold was beginning to grow and the homeowners were worried about the health of their foundation! 
After our trained inspector came to inspect their space, he concluded that the crawl space had extreme moisture issues! The wet soil and standing water on the tarp made it so the wood beams had an everlasting source to water. Water and wood are NOT a good match. Too much exposure to moisture can cause the beams to decay and fail. Luckily, we had the perfect solution for them! 

Products Installed:
CleanSpace Drainage Matting & Liner: The vapor barrier is made of a durable, thick 20mil liner that reduces moisture and vapor in the crawl space. The matting has raised dimples, which helps water that gets trapped under the liner flow to the designated pump/drain. It is also used as an extra protective layer for knees when crawling around in the space. 
SuperSump Plus: This top-rated 1/3 HP Zoeller cast iron pump offers reliability and high-volume pumping. It even has built-in alarm alerts when water level rises too high!
IceGuard: The IceGuard product ensures your space won't flood in the case that cold weather freezes your discharge lines. The trapped water will be released through the top!
LawnScape Outlet: Our LawnScape Outlet is grated to help stop leaves and pests from getting inside. It is also green to better camouflage with the surrounding grass.
