Our trained inspector came to his home and checked out his crawl space. He tested moisture in the air and wood content moisture and found that both were above average. The wood content level was to the point in which most see decay and mold was already growing!

The homeowners of this Brentwood, TN home were unhappy with the moisture levels that were causing mold to grow on the floor joists in their crawlspace.
