These homeowners in Antioch Tennessee wanted to utilize their tall crawl space for extra storage but always had issues with flooding, frustrated they reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for a solution.  A design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns, together it was decided a full encapsulation of their crawl space was the right solution for this home.

This customer in Antioch, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep this crawl space clean and dry.

Too often, a crawl space door is simply cut from a piece of plywood and secured loosely over the crawl space opening with hinges or screws. Unfortunately, this treatment allows insect and rodent pests to enter the crawl space, along with cold winter air that can make your floors frigid.
