Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This customer in Nashville, TN called us for moisture issues in his crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues we cleaned out all the moisture-soaked insulation and other debris, and then started the project. This project included sealing the vents with SilverGlo panels, adding drainage matting to the floors, covering the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, and adding drainage lines. To complete the project we installed a new secure crawl space door.

To seal off and waterproof the crawl space we removed the wet and damaged insulation from between the wood rim joists, added SilverGlo panels for added insulation, installed drainage matting, a CleanSpace vapor barrier, a new liner for the existing sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. To finish the project we installed a new EverLast secure crawl space door. 

This customer in Nashville, TN, called Frontier due to water intrusion in their crawl space. To mitigate the immediate damage, we removed all the wet-damaged insulation and drained the water from the crawl space. To prevent this from happening again, we installed an EZ Flow drainage system, Drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, TripleSafe Sump pump, and drainage lines, including an IceGuard and LawnScape system.  

Scott M. in Nashville, TN, contacted Frontier due to issues revealed during a floor installation. The Frontier team cleaned debris from the crawl space and removed inadequate insulation. CleanSpace Drainage Matting was installed across the dirt floor. Then, they installed the CleanSpace moisture barrier on the crawl space floor, piers, and walls. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system was installed to ensure the crawl space stays dry. To complete the job, Frontier replaced the crawl space door framing and installed a 2.5 ft by 3 ft EverLast Door.
