These homeowners were struggling with a lot of cracks in their concrete and they were concerned this could lead to tripping hazards and damage to their home long-term. We sent a design specialist to their home to address their concerns and together with the homeowners it was decided that polylevel injections were the right solution for this home. The results are stunning!
The homeowners were tired of seeing their home's value decrease right in front of their eyes, so they wanted to fix every eyesore and problem wrong with the home! They called us, Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, to come and inspect their home. These cracks don't seem like a very big problem, but they are sneaky! Rainwater seeps in and under the concrete slab, softening the soil under and causing the perfect place for the heavy slabs to sink and settle in at. This is what caused the first long crack, with the promise of many more in the future if the cracks were not sealed!
Thankfully, we have the perfect products for this!
We first had to lift the sunken concrete slabs, so they were all level with each other. They injected PolyLevel foam by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab.
Our crew then sealed all of the cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.
The homeowners now have a sealed and lifted patio that they no longer have to worry about being an eyesore or causing their home value to decrease.
We love helping homeowners just like these ones find the perfect products for their home.

These homeowners in Parsons Tennessee were struggling with the cement sinking around their pool. This family had a bad tripping hazard on their pool deck. It seemed to have sunk 2-3 inches. They were worried about it getting worse, so they made sure to call us asap! Our trained inspector came out and met with them and told them all about our concrete repair products- PolyLevel and Nexus Pro Sealant. They were intrigued by the products and agreed to have the crew fix their driveway!
They first used PolyLevel, which utilizes a high-density, expanding polyurethane foam to raise slabs back to the desired level.
This is done by boring small (penny-sized) holes in the slab and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural-grade polymer into the void. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab. Finally, the small holes are grouted and sealed, and the slab is completely restored.
They then used NexusPro to seal all cracks. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry.
The family is now free of hazardous uneven ground and finally have a peace of mind!
