This Kentucky couple was tired of tripping over their porch slab and wanted to have a peace of mind that their grandchildren wouldn't hurt themselves. So, they called us and we had an inspector come over to their home, inspect, and tell them about our products and what we could do for them.
Their porch slab needed to be lifted to be level with the other slab and then sealed.
We used PolyLevel to level.
Benefits of PolyLevel:
It utilizes high-density polyurethane foam to stabilize and level concrete floors and foundations. This is done by boring small (penny-sized) holes in the slab, injecting the foam, and then the holes will be grouted and sealed over.
We used NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal.
Benefits of Sealant:
Nexus Pro is a silicone-based sealant that prevents water ice and dirt from infiltrating the concrete joint and the ground below. It can also help improve the look and finish of your concrete slab.
They now have an even front porch that they no longer have to worry about!
Frontier uses a PolyLevel system and NexusPro sealant for a permanent solution without the cost and mess of total replacement.
In this before photo, the concrete walkway is sinking and broken. The after photo shows the same walkway when PolyLevel was injected into the concrete, raising it up level with the rest of the walkway.
This Kentucky family had a huge tripping hazard and wanted it to get fixed asap before anyone got hurt. Natural earth and soil movement caused the concrete sidewalk to crack and shift. One side of the cracked sidewalk was over an inch above the other and our inspector knew exactly what to do. Our crew raised the slab with PolyLevel, a weightless polyurethane foam, and then sealed together with NexusPro to prevent further cracking.
NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that was built to stand up to harsh weather conditions. It is also UV ray resistant and won't crack or bubbble!
