We use a product called PolyLevel to raise sinking slabs. PolyLevel utilizes high-density polyurethane specially engineered for this purpose. The expanding nature of the material allows it to penetrate crevices in the soil, completely filling the cavity and safely raising the slab to the desired level.

In the before photo the concrete slab had sunk and broken away from the brick columns. The after photo shows how PolyLevel, injected into the slab, lifts and stabilizes it. Now, tripping hazards have been eliminated because the concrete is level.
