The owner of this Nashville, TN basement wanted new support for their home's floor joists. The old wooden supports were supplemented with SmartJack support jacks. This lifted and leveled the floor joists. The homeowner was left satisfied with the quality of work that had been completed.
This College Grove crawl space was in BAD condition. Supporting wood beams that were holding up the weight of the home and all of the inhabitants were MOLDING. Our experienced inspector came by for the homeowner's free inspection.
