" I originally contacted Frontier about getting my crawlspace encapsulated and waterproofed due to flooding in the crawlspace. The salesman/inspector, Evan, was extremely nice and when he came in he noticed our floors were bouncy and unlevel. An issue that has bugged me since we bought our house. So on top of the encapsulation I decided to go ahead and get the floors leveled out. All for what I thought it would cost to just encapsulate the crawlspace. Fast forward to the day of installation an issue was found with the sistered floor joist which was a factor for the floors being off. Fernando, the project's foreman, immediately contacted me and informed me and what it was going to take to fix the problem. I didn't have enough to cover this issue, but Frontier and Fernando worked with me and reworked some things. In the end we decided to get the floors leveled and the flooding addressed. Fernando and Jose, both of the ones who worked on our project, were very professional, very knowledgeable, very nice and patient (crawlspace flooded in the middle of project and sat the rest of the project back a week), and just all around outstanding. Everyone who I have spoke with and had contact with have shown the upmost respect and a positive attitude. Throughout the project I didn't have an issue contacting anyone and getting answers to questions. I am very satisfied with Fernando's and Jose's work. The floors are mostly level and the bounciness in the floors is gone. We have yet to see the true force of the sump pump as it has been mostly dry since install but I have confidence when the time comes that it is ready. When I am able to get the crawlspace encapsulated in the future Frontier will be the first place I call to get it done and get it done right. "

My experience with your company was not exactly what I expected!  I had visualized trucks, big equipment, men everywhere digging up my lawn, and maybe leaving a mess for me to clean up.  You can imagine my surprise when the crew arrived on time and rang my doorbell.  I must have looked at them as if they were at the wrong house until I saw the shirts with "Frontier Basements" on them.  I was looking at my crew and couldn't believe it - there stood a lovely lady (RENAI,the foreman) and a young man, (KEVIN her helper).  After the introductions, they went to work and did not stop all day.  Even the heat and the areas in the sun didn't stop them.  They worked tirelessly all day for about 8 hours or more.  Renai worked on the front area and Kevin worked on the drains.  When she finished with the concrete work, she helped Kevin with the last drain,  which was the most difficult  and not anticipated.... a long trench to be dug, many rocks and tree roots in the way plus digging under a set of steps to connect the pipes.   They hoped to finish that day, but it was getting late, I know they must have been very tired,  so they finished what could be done and Renai said they would return the next day.  Renai finished the next morning by herself as Kevin was not able to come.  She is an amazing woman!  She was even driving the truck, pulling the equipment and trailer....how many women could do that?  So I applaud Renai and Kevin for their tireless and professional work and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.  They were friendly, polite, and an exceptional and knowledgeable crew to have do my basement work.  Frontier is fortunate to have them on their team!   Thanks for sending them for the job.  I couldn't have ask for better.

Good morning, Layne,Yes, the house is sold, we did the closing about 4 weeks ago. The new owner’s are Mr.&Mrs. Charles “Hunt” McCollum. They had just signed the contract on selling their home so I know they’ve been busy! I gave them the Frontier contact info and stressed the importance of having your guys maintain the system to keep it operating as it should. I also gave him some insight as far as leaving access and room for the wall and sump system maintenance should he decide to finish the basement later. Thanks for all the help over the years, I tell everyone who asks that Frontier is a top notch company to deal with, their system works, and that they stand behind their work. Shoutout to Frontier Basement Systems.  Woke up to a dry basement.  Everything workng the way it should.  Even after 4 years!

The installation crew are the best. All the guys worked efficiently and were very courteous and knew their stuff. Much appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. My basement looked better after construction. Thank you guys! Very nice. The price and knowledge of the sales rep is what made me choose the company. Very reassuring and his knowledge of how to fix my problem put me at ease.

Ben was on time, listened, and answered all of my questions. He was very nice! We will be having Frontier Basement Systems do the work on our home.
