This Springfield crawl space had some serious leaks. The home owner described it as a pond in the crawl space. The upstairs does have musty, damp smells and the owner is thinking of selling.
Creating proper drainage, encapsulating the crawl space, replacing the homemade sump pump, and adding a discharge line was the solution for this home.
This customer in Thompsons Station, TN had water and moisture issues in the crawlspace of their home. After encapsulation, we installed a new crawl space door.
The owner of this Franklin, TN home was unhappy with the water that ended up in their basement with every rain storm. To keep the rain water away from the contents of the basement and prevent flooding, we installed WaterGuard drainage tracks along the perimeter of the basement. These drainage tracks lead to a TripleSafe sump pump that will pump any excess water out and away from the home's basement.
The homeowner is happy with the quality of work that we completed in their home.
This customer in Franklin, TN came to us for basement waterproofing. He had water intrusion and moisture issues in his basement, so we completed a full basement waterproofing system for him. We dug trenches and drilled holes in the block of the interior to let water drain from the newly installed WaterGuard system. The water will be drained into the TripleSafe sump pump, and then pumped out through the drainage system with IceGuard and a LawnScape into the yard away from the structure.
This customer in Franklin, TN had an issue with their retaining wall. It was failing and needed to be stabilized. We decided the best solution would be to install our GeoLock wall repair system. We anchored the wall with small earth anchors in the ground and a plate system on the wall. Now the wall is stable and they no longer need to worry about falling or bowing or completely failing.
GeoLock Anchors protect foundation walls from further inward movement. Heavy-duty steel earth anchors are embedded in stable soil away from your foundation wall and then connected to steel wall plates with galvanized steel rods. Once tightened, the anchors hold the wall securely in place. The system can also be tightened during dry seasons to further straighten walls over time.
