Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This customer in Fairview, TN was having water and moisture issues in their basement and came to Frontier for waterproofing solutions. We installed WaterGuard around the perimeter and drilled holes in the block to let the water drain from the walls into the WaterGuard, through the TripleSafe sump pump, and out of the basement through the drainage lines installed. 

This customer in Fairview, TN called Frontier to address issues with water intrusion in the basement. To fix the problem we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, with Trench drains. We also added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull moisture out of the air and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump any water out through the drainage lines if it does get in. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet. These products will greatly reduce the chance of water intrusion issues again. 

The customer had flood problems in the basement until we installed a WaterGuard catch system, sump pump, and a SaniDry dehumidifier.

This customer in Beechmont, KY decided to go with Frontier for a complete basement waterproofing system. We came in and installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines, a LawnScape Outlet to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure, a TripleSafe Complete pump system as well as a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system. Finally, to finish the job we added an Aspen Air Purifier as well. 

This customer in Kingston Springs, TN had issues with water intrusion from the outside into his basement. He chose Frontier to help with mitigating his water issues. We decided on an outside waterproofing solution. We installed a Trench Drain around the exterior where water was coming into the basement. We also added a Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier with a drainage line to the outside to help with the moisture issues. The Trench Drain will keep water from coming in, and the dehumidifier will help any excess moisture from the air by pulling it in and pushing it out through the drainage line to the outside.
