Our concrete floor had huge cracks and sections tipped out of alignment due to a drainage problem where all of the rain water runoff was directed at the house. Eric Furman and Jaquan came to the rescue and leveled the floor and filled the cracks with a permanent sealant. They also did a similar repair in the garage. They were courteous and professional throughout the process. They called before they came and arrived on time at our home in Paducah, Kentucky. Eric kept me informed every step of the way and asked if I had any questions. The final product is so much nicer than what we had before and we take comfort in knowing the floor is guaranteed not to move up or down or split into sections. I'm very pleased with FBS and would recommend them to anyone having similar problems.

When the crew showed up, the foreman (Charles) introduced himself and gave me his card. He explained their plans to confirm we were on the same page and asked if I had any questions or concerns. My crawl space entrance is in my garage, so the first thing they did was cover all of my stuff with drop cloths to protect it from any dirt or debris removed. They worked very well together and finished in under 2 days. I was informed of progress every step of the way. The crew was very polite, very laid back, and easy to talk to. Before they left, Charles explained all that was done and asked if I was satisfied with the work. They left my garage cleaner than they found it. The only evidence they were here is the stellar job they did under the house. They even repaired a pvc drain line from my kitchen sink that was dripping while they were under there. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs crawl space or foundation work done.

My job has just been completed and I wanted to tell you that the foreman, Fernando was efficient, concerned about my satisfaction and was very helpful in explaining the installation of a sump pump and supports used on my foundation. He even took me on a tour under my house (at my request, he did offer pictures). The crew including Benji, Adolfo and Luis were polite and very helpful if I had questions. The work was done efficiently and quickly. There was no mess to clean up. I was even loaned a pump for two weeks to pump water out of my crawl space as ground water had turned my crawl space into a swimming pool! All in all, an excellent experience. Thank you all.
