The call representative called us to confirm our scheduled appointment, and also to let us know that earlier appointment slots had opened up in case we would like the work done earlier than originally planned. As we had work obligations, we stuck with the original dates. But, it was nice to be offered the alternate dates!
Cody Roberts is an exceptional sales person! He was thorough in his inspection and description of the different levels of service Frontier could provide. He provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision as to the work to be done.
Josh Miller and Agapito were incredible! They arrived early, were polite and professional, and worked like machines to get our crawlspace encapsulated. They kept us well updated on their progress, and Josh even gave me the "grand tour" of the completed work. They both were a blessing!
One minute the crawlspace was dirty and ugly... The next minute it was clean and beautiful! I never saw the cleanup process - they were so fast!
