Following the recent installations (2) your company followed up (first, on your own recognizance) to make certain the vent covers were installed so they could close properly. Today, Gary and Brad were here to replace a warped cover. They checked around and discovered some other faulty places and corrected those, too. Very unusual customer service attitudes from both men - OUTSTANDING. Please clone both of them :)
