CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed to seal the crawl space from outside air. This includes any structural pillars in the crawl space. This prevents humidity and musty smells in the crawl space. 

This customer in Tuscumbia, AL noticed they had moisture in their crawl space. To address the issue before more damage could be caused, we came out and encapsulated the crawl space. After we cleaned out all the debris, we removed the wet insulation from the rim joists and started the encapsulation process.
