This customer in Indian Mound, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, CleanSpace to the walls, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, TripleSafe sump pump and LawnScape system to move the water out to the yard away from the structure.

This homeowner in Indian Mound, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for a sump pump installation in their crawl space. The TripleSafe sump pump system was chosen as it is capable of pumping out large quantities of water from the crawl space. First, our crew dug out a pit for the sump pump before placing the liner inside. We try to place the pump where the ground is lowest to ensure the pump is the most effective. Then, we connected the pump to the EZ-Flow drainage. An airtight lid prevents odors and moisture from exiting the sump pump, while preventing debris from getting in. Now, the crawl space is safe from flooding, providing relief to the homeowner.

These homeowners were struggling with a lot of moisture in their crawl space and wanted to utilize this space for extra storage. A design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns and together it was decided that a full encapsulation of their crawl space was the right solution for their home. A full encapsulation starts with removing all the trash and leveling everything out. Next comes drainage matting which is a dimpled plastic that allows water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier which is next. The vapor barrier is CleanSpace and is 20 mils thick designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space. As you can see from the photos, the results are amazing. 

This customer in Erin, TN, called Frontier due to uneven floors and cracks in their home's interior walls. His uneven floors were caused by failing crawl space supports. For this customer, we installed our SmartJack System to support and lift the structure back up.
