This crawl space with standing water and mold growing on the wood beams and walls needed our help! The excessive moisture from the puddles was causing mold to grow everywhere and weaken the wood supporting beams. This caused the floors above to become uneven and this led to the homeowners becoming very worried about the health of their home. Our crew installed our CleanSpace Drainage Matting and then CleanSpace Liner on top. This liner is 20mil thick and made of 7 layers of polyethylene composition. It is specifically made to reduce moisture in the crawl space. We also installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump, which has 3 different automatically changing pumps, as well as our powerful SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure the humidity levels stays below 55%. A few other accompanying products include the IceGuard to ensure your space doesn't flood if your discharge lines freeze and a LawnScape Outlet, which has a removable top for easier access!
