The owners of this Orlinda, TN home were unhappy with their dirty, damp crawlspace. We completed a full crawl space repair- including the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. The owner of this Orlinda, TN home was concerned with the prolonged stability of their home's floor joists. Looking at the floors from inside the crawlspace, we noticed the water damage that was affecting the home's cinderblock supports. As a solution, we installed SmartJacks supports in tandem with the cinderblock supports. Unlike the existing supports, the SmartJacks can be easily adjusted to offer continued support as the home continues to naturally settle.

This Tennessee family was experiencing some foundation issues in their 100 year old house and asked us to give them a permanent solution. Our inspector came out and looked around. He noted cracked cement and cracks in their exterior chimney. Their doors also had a hard time closing correctly and the floors seemed bouncy. Under the house, he saw the wood was getting weak and slightly molding. Sometimes, the weight of the furniture and occupants become too much and the floors and walls begin to sag. That, plus the molding beams only meant the home was going to get worse.
Our inspector suggested our SmartJack System to lift the home back up and the homeowners agreed that was the best solution.

Cement is heavy and this Tennessee family was figuring out just how heavy their porch steps were. They had some cracking and sinking cement problems and wanted it to get fixed asap before any more damage occurred. Their porch had sunk about 2-3 inches and because of this, it pushed back on the cement sidewalk which caused cracks.
Our inspector came over and discussed our concrete solutions with them. We use a special foam to lift sunken slabs and this was the perfect product for them. This product is our PolyLevel System and is done by boring small (penny-sized) holes in the slab, and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural-grade polymer into the void. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allow for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab. Finally, the small holes are grouted and sealed, and the slab is completely restored.
We also used NexusPro Sealant to seal up their cracks (not pictured), which is a silicone-based sealant that prevents water ice and dirt from infiltrating the concrete joint and the ground below.
They were so happy to fix their porch and sidewalk and we were thrilled to be able to offer them permanent solutions!
