We cleaned out all the debris, installed EZ Flo drainage system and drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installed SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation, installed a TripleSafe sump pump and IceGuard and LawnScape System.

The PowerBrace™ System includes a unique, patented adjustment mechanism, unlike any other I-beam foundation wall repair system. The bracket that anchors each I-beam to a floor joist includes a long bolt that can be tightened over time to advance the I-beam. This can force a bowed or buckled foundation wall back toward its original vertical & straight position.
