We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to aid with the existing sump pump to keep moisture and water out. We used RimTite Joist Insulation Spray Foam where the wet insulation was removed. rustproof hardware and is weatner-stripped to seal off outside air and dry the crawl space, saving the maximum on heating and cooling bills.
