By encapsulating this crawl space with 20 mil plastic vapor barrier and air sealing the rim joist this home is now protected from moisture and unconditioned air.

A TripleSafe Sump Pump System is the first step to this basement nightmare. Our WaterGuard System is installed along the interior of the basement set against the footing to collect water and direct it to the pump liner. The pump liner houses a M53 Zoeller cast iron sump pump equipped with a mechanical float switch that will automatically turn the pump on and pump the water out of the basement.

We went in and installed SmartJacks in a very small Crawl Space to solve the costumer's problem of sagging floors.
