High amount of cracks and some uneven areas on the patio & sidewalk. Our team used the PolyLevel 400 to raise and level the areas where needed & then used Nexus Pro to fill and seal the cracks.
Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete driveway, sidewalk, and a separation of the stairs & porch. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.

SmartDrain- equipped with a WaterWatch alarm system. This system detects water as it enters the drain and sounds off to alert the homeowner of the problem right away
EverLast Door- 1/2 inch thick PVC plastic that is nearly indestrutible, plus it closes air tight and will NEVER warp or rust!
They were so happy to have the encapsulation done and to have their crawl space and upstairs air healthy!

The first solution to any basement water problems is a interior perimeter drainage system called WaterGuard. By capturing water from the walls and floor it drains into the sump and is pumped to the exterior.
As you can see, it is minimally invasive, as the floor has been restored to level following installation, with the access ports allowing for maintenance if required.
The floor joists in this Sharon, TN home had seen better days. Due to the moisture from an un-encapsulated crawlspace, the wooden floor joists were rotting away.
