This commercial client in Minor Hall, TN needed a complete basement waterproofing system due to moisture and water intrusion into the basement of this home. We completed the basement waterproofing system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and WaterGuard around the entire interior walls, and drilled holes in the concrete block to let the water drain into the WaterGuard system and into the sump pump. The sump pump will then pump the water out through the drainage lines installed out of the basement through the IceGuard system and into the LawnScape System into the yard and away from the structure to prevent any foundation issues due to water. They also added a Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier to pull moisture from the air and covered the vents for a complete waterproofing system.
We used CleanSpace to help seal this musty crawlspace into a useable and energy-friendly space!
This Kentucky family was having some mold and water pooling issues in their crawl space. They called us to encapsulate their crawl space and make it healthy!
We used a few of our best products:
1. CleanSpace Drainage Matting- provides a channel for water to find its way to the sump pump
2. CleanSpace Liner- a durable, vapor barrier liner that stops moisture from coming up from their dirt ground and growing mold on the wood beams.
3. SaniDry Sedona- keeps your home below 55% Relative Humidity, so mold won’t stand a chance and dust mites will die off.
4. TripleSafe Sump Pump- has three different pumps that will change automatically based on what your space needs!
5. EverLast Door- made out of non organic materials that will not warp or rust and has a seal that will keep insects and moisture out
The family is now very happy with their healthy crawl space!
The problems with traditional crawl space doors are that they are normally made of plywood which is really waterproof and allows for moisture, water, and bugs to get into a homes crawl space. Replacing the door with a Everlast door fixes these problems! Unlike wood crawl space doors, EverLast™ doors will never warp, crack, shrink or require maintenance or painting. An air and water seal are certain, thanks to the heavy-duty weather-stripping that comes with each EverLast™ door.
This 1940s home in Hartford Kentucky required push piers to stabalize the fire place and crawlsapce foundation. The weight of the brick is pulling the chimney away from the home, stressing the foundation.
