Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This customer in Kingston Springs, TN had an issue with heavy rain pooling in a low spot where his basement door was and it was flooding into the basement nearly every time it rained. He called us at Frontier Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for a drainage solution to protect his home. We installed TrenchDrain around the entire perimeter of the building to prevent water from entering, this is sometimes the best solution. 

This customer in Kingston Springs, TN had issues with water intrusion from the outside into his basement. He chose Frontier to help with mitigating his water issues. We decided on an outside waterproofing solution. We installed a Trench Drain around the exterior where water was coming into the basement. We also added a Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier with a drainage line to the outside to help with the moisture issues. The Trench Drain will keep water from coming in, and the dehumidifier will help any excess moisture from the air by pulling it in and pushing it out through the drainage line to the outside.  

This customer in Kingston Springs, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate this issue we cleaned the debris from the crawl space, installed Drainage matting, and sealed off the vents and any other areas where outside air was coming in with SilverGlo panels and spray foam installation. Once that was complete we installed CleanSpace liner throughout the entire crawl space and added a SaniDry dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air. The customer now has a clean and dry crawl space they can use. 

Our crew removed the existing basement walls to access the concrete and installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system along with a CleanSpace wall liner. To maintain a dry, healthy environment, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and an Aspen air purifier for ongoing moisture and air quality control.

This basement had water seeping in so consistently that it's likely there is a spring in the area. Not being able to store anything on the floor and the effects of mold were the deciding factors to get a waterproofing system installed.
