The CleanSpace liner used for crawl space encapsulation is a very tough, 20 mil vapor barrier, with both a mold inhibitor woven in and polyester cord reinforcement. The result is a space where water will not be able to penetratre in any way, lowering the relative humidity and protecting the structural integrity of the home.
