They only saw it getting worse and worse as the days went by, so they decided it was best if they fixed it now before it got any worse!

The crack in the brick above the garage door bothered this Clarksville homeowner.
He was worried about the settlement getting worse and causing problems with the function of his garage door or any of the structures above the garage door.
The window in the bonus room above was giving him trouble, starting to stick.
Frontier was able to provide a permanent solution with StableBrick. By using pairs of long StableBrick bars bonded with grout installed in to cut slots, the bars form deep masonry beams with the existing masonry. These beams reinforce and stabilize the existing masonry while redistributing the structural loads.
This Clarksville home had to be re-selling ready, so the homeowners wanted to fix every eyesore and problem wrong with the home! We first had to lift the sunken concrete slabs, so they were all level with each other. They injected PolyLevel foam by boring small (penny sized) holes in the slab. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab.

NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions.
