This homeowner was having issues with flooding coming in through the close it in the basement.

This homeowner was having sinking issues with his front steps, they had started to drop, and pull away from the porch. We were able to help this homeowner with a little poly lift and sealant.

This crawl space had a lot of humidity in it and it was causing the installation to get so heavy is was beginning to fall.  When you have a hot and humid area it is easy for mold to grow and in this case, it was growing.  The homeowners were concerned and reached out to Frontier for a solution.  CleanSpace was installed to encapsulate their crawl space and to keep moisture out.  The old installation was removed to prevent future mold.

This crawl space in Clarksville Tennessee was having major issues with their crawl space.  Their old vapor barrier was thin and tearing and they had wires hanging from the floorboards.  The installation was also so heavy with moisture that it was beginning to fall from the weight.  Frontier sent out a design specialist to diagnose the problems with this crawl space.  Together with the homeowner it was decided that a full encapsulation with CleanSpace as well as a TripleSafe sump pump was the right solution for this crawl space.

After a crawl space is encapsulated and everything is moisture and bug free the final step is making a customized door designed especially for that crawl space.  This is to ensure that all the work done to the inside cannot be ruined by the outside elements.  The crawl space door is sealed from the inside and fits perfectly.  Plus, it looks much better than the door this home had before!
