This customer in Martin, TN came to us to install a basement waterproofing system. We installed WaterGuard, TrenchDrains, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump system as well as IceGuard for drainage to prevent the water from freezing in the winter, with a LawnScape system to drain water from the drain lines away from the structure to prevent any damage to the foundation from water pooling up.
This customer in Martin, TN called us out to out to their home to diagnose pump issues. We determined that ultra sump 3 was not working, dehumidifier was not working and CleanSpace was untucked from water guard. The customer went ahead with replacement of ultra sump 3 to ultra sump 4.
