Excavation for the Sump Pump
An area at the lowest point of the basement is chosen and excavated to place the sump pump container. The sump pump will be assembled once the container is in place.

Perimeter Excavated
The perimeter of the basement is excavated to prepare for installing the subfloor drainage system.

Able to waterproof concrete block foundation walls
Weep holes are drilled at the bottom of the blocks to drain the hollow cavities.

WaterGuard Installation
Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard® is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications. Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.

CleanSpace
After the WaterGuard is placed, a layer of CleanSpace is placed on top for an extra layer of protection.

Trench Drain Installed
A Trench drain is installed to prevent water from coming inside in areas that have heavy foot traffic. This includes doors and sometimes garage doors.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

BrightWall Installed
BrightWall® is a 100% waterproof rigid plastic paneling for unfinished basement walls. It's durable, washable, and will not support the growth of mold or rot. Installed along with our BrightPost™ padded column wrap, it transforms your basement into a bright, beautiful space for decades to come!

WaterGuard Installation Complete
After WaterGuard is installed, it is covered with a thin layer of cement. This will keep everything in place.

An Escape Route
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
