Once PolyLevel is injected into the concrete, it expands and hardens and stabilizes the slab. The soil under this brick structure has washed away over time.
This basement in Ashland City Tennessee was unfinished and the homeowners are looking to finish it. Concerned with the amount of flooding that happened every time it rained they reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for a permanent solution. Frontier sent a design specialist out to their home to address their concerns. Together with the homeowner it was decided that WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump was the right solution for this basement.
WaterGuard is installed along the floor joints of the perimeter of the basement and designed to capture water from the walls and the groundwater from the floor joints. The water collected by the WaterGuard is then taken to the TripleSafe sump pump and transported outside and far enough away from the home so that it does not return.
