This customer had high levels of radon in their home coming from their crawlspace, so we installed our Radon Mitigation System with Cleanspace to reduce the levels and keep their air healthy and safe!!

Radon can seriously effect a home's health. That's why we installed a radon mitigation system in this Franklin, TN home. The homeowner is happy with the improved health of their home!

This homeowner had very high Radon readings in the home (4.0-6.0 pCi/L) so they went with a total encapsulation to solve a lot of potential damage and already have issues.  By doing the total encapsulation, this homeowner is proactively preventing water damage, mold, and mildew, flooding. They will also be saving on the heating and air conditioning bills, the encapsulation becomes your home's insulation, Along with ridding their home of the high Radon gas, by acting as a vapor guard along with the mitigation system.

This Tennessee homeowner had an excessive moisture problem in his crawl space. He called us Frontier Basement Systems to encapsulate his space. While our inspector was inspecting the home, the homeowner had him do a radon test, just to make sure everything was safe.

They had radon levels above 4pCi/l, so along with their crawl space encapsulation, they had the Radon Mitigation System installed. 

Next to the system is their new and improved EverLast Door. It is made from ½-in.-thick PVC plastic that is just about indestructible (So, it will never crack, warp, rust, or mold!) It also has a moisture and air tight seal to ensure no critters or cold winter air find their way into your crawl space!

Jeff in Smyrna, TN, hired Frontier to install a radon mitigation system. The existing vapor barrier was not sealed, allowing soil gases to enter the crawl space. To create an airtight environment and ensure proper suction, Frontier fully encapsulated the crawl space. The radon is now drawn beneath the liner and vented safely through the mitigation pipe, where it disperses above the roofline.
