Those guys are very hard working!  I wish we could get our contractors and carpenters to stay after 4 PM! We were worried about the storms since they had to drive back to Clarkville and then back to Sumner County again, but they refused to leave until the job was complete.  I was very impressed and thankful.

Frontier.... Thanks very much for your efficient and speedy response to my request & purchase of a grate for our backyard pipe line.   I had totally destroyed the original grate by running over it with the lawnmower so I really appreciated having your serviceman deliver and install  a new grate this morning so that we don't have a hole in the middle of the yard! Mr. C said "the phone person was more than helpful answering what she could. She even recommended I get further estimates. That said a lot to me about Frontier, because if you are so confident to advise someone to look at other companies also than you know you have a good product and customer will return to you." About one of our inspectors he stated, "Yes, I was very pleased with Mr. Garis. I really felt that Danny was a great business man and really enjoyed his job". After being asked about how he felt about the solution offered, "the procedure and solution would solve the problem, but is it doesn't I really liked the warranty offered".

We replaced our heating and air conditioning unit. We also repaired the duct work in the crawl space and had Frontier Basement Systems come out for a yearly inspection. Jason was prompt, courteous and professional. He arrived on time and made sure that any mess was cleaned up. Their office staff was also very helpful. I would be happy to refer them again!
