Our technician decided that push piers would be the solution to stabilize and lift the home. This would stop the home from cracking and settling more than it is. For this project, we excavated specific areas around the outside of the home where stabilization was needed. The push pier sections were then mechanically pushed into the soil. When the piers reach the proper depth, steel brackets connect the piers to the foundation. The excavated soil was replaced in the holes and smoothed over. Now, the home is stable.
