Getting Ready for Repairs
An area along the wall is excavated to get ready to install the PowerBrace System.
The PowerBrace™ Foundation Wall Repair System
The PowerBrace™ is a patented foundation wall repair system that's designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time.
SmartJacks Installed
In some areas where there is no wall left we installed SmartJacks. The SmartJack Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system. It not only provides supplemental support to your failing structure -- it can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position.
Cemented In
The beams are cemented into place, making sure this wall is stabilized.
Wall Stabilized
With a mixture of products like SmartJacks and PowerBrace we were able to provide support for this customers home.
Steel I-Beams
These steel i-beams will stabilize the wall in its current position without any further adjustment. Over time, the PowerBrace™ System can be tightened to make bowing or tilting walls straighter.
