A rental home in Nashville was in need of solid support. 

Unfortunately due to water damage and wood rot the floor joist were slacking on the job. The conditions of the crawl space and the weight of the home had caused serious damage to the supports. Sister joist were ran along the existing joist and supported with a SmartJack. The home owner and the tenants are more comfortable and secure in this home.
