This customer in Rockfield, KY, called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate moisture issues, we installed our Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, TerraBlock Insulation for the floors, and sealed the crawl space vents and walls with SilverGlo panels. We finished this project with a new crawl space door.

Old Vapor Barrier

This old vapor barrier is clearly not working. Visible debris and high humidity levels let us know this crawl space is not properly insulated.

Insulation Starting to Drip

Moisture, mold, and falling, failing insulation are problems in this crawl space, which hasn't been properly sealed. The encapsulation treatment totally separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry.

Insulting the Crawl Space Floors

After installing the drainage matting, we seal & insulate the crawl space floor with TerraBlock™ foam insulation on the crawl space floor. This specialized flexible insulation is then covered with our CleanSpace® moisture barrier that completes the sealing process. The crawl space is now isolated from outside conditions.

For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
